I had 2 toilets installed by Chris and Austin. One toilet was discovered to have an interior crack after installation. Long story short, the company's response time to the issue was prompt, professional, and put the customer first. Highly recommend!

I have used Wake Forest Plumbing three times now. Each visit was well communicated ahead of time, and the workers were always easy and pleasant to deal with. They cleaned up afterwards as well, and then explained everything. One of the calls they spent maybe five minutes here to fix something, and they wouldn't even charge me. That is a great way to show dedication to the customer.

Had them out to replace the water tank and pressure valve under the house. After they did that, the pressure in the tank still wasn't what it should be. Chris and Austin walked me through what they thought the bigger problem was. They ended up pulling the pvc pipe and the water pump up from the well. Like they thought, there was a crack in the pvc pipe which wouldn't let the tank get up to 60 psi and hold. They replaced the pump and the pipe. Price i believe was very good. Chris and Austin were very patient with me....explaining the issue and walking me through the options. They also didn't seem annoyed when i hovered around while they were working...i was trying to learn myself :-) I have already recommended them once to a friend. Will use again.

A fencing company hit our main water line leaving us with no water. Called Wake Forest Plumbing and they had a guy out within a few hours. They were very fair with us, made the repair, and had our water back on within 45 minutes. Great customer service and honest and fair with the prices charged. I appreciate them getting us up and running quickly and cost efficiently!
